The purpose of school improvement is to improve achievement and outcomes for every student by working to eliminate the ability to predict achievement based on socioeconomic status, race, and ethnicity.
We do this by collaboratively and continuously analyzing data and making decisions considering the unique needs of the learning community and the district's strategic plan.

At Middle Creek, we view school improvement as a collective promise to cultivate an environment where every student can excel. Our primary mission is to dismantle barriers to achievement, ensuring that a student’s race, ethnicity, or socioeconomic background never predicts their success, so that all students learn, grow, and succeed (WCPSS Core Belief 2).
We actively look at the whole child—responsibly analyzing data to make responsive, equity-driven decisions that align with the district’s strategic plan and address the unique needs of our learning community. This continuous process thrives on the shared commitment of our staff, families, students, and community leaders working collaboratively.
